Returns
You may return most items within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price*. You will receive your refund within 3 weeks after we receive your return shipment.
We cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Items must be sealed and in their original condition. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost even if the item was originally shipped free of charge.
In the event that an item was delivered broken or defective, we will arrange to pay the return shipping and replace the item immediately.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to original purchase price (plus tax where applicable). Original shipping charge is non-refundable. The shipping charge and restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
How to return an item.
To send an item back to us:
- Pack it securely in a box along with your receipt. If you have the original box, please use it.
- Take the box to the mail carrier of your choice and ship it to:
